What type of Pilates do you offer?MÜV offers contemporary, music-driven mat Pilates. Our classes combine strength, control, and intentional movement with energizing playlists for a dynamic, full-body experience.

Are your classes beginner-friendly? Yes. Every class is designed with modifications and progressions so you can move at your own pace. Whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, our instructors will guide you through options that fit your level.

Do I need prior experience? No prior experience is required. We welcome all levels.

What should I bring to class? * A water bottle * Comfortable athletic wear * Grip socks (optional) We provide mats and props unless otherwise stated. How long are the classes? All classes are 45 minutes.

BOOKING & POLICIES

How do I book a class?

All classes must be booked through our website or the MindBody app. We recommend booking in advance as spots are limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before start time to avoid losing your class credit.

What happens if I late cancel or no-show?

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit. Unlimited members may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

(Only include that last sentence if you plan to charge them.)

Can I transfer my class to someone else?

Class credits are non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIPS

Do memberships auto-renew?

Yes. Memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled according to our policy.

Can I freeze my membership?

Select memberships include a complimentary freeze period per year. Please refer to your membership details for specific freeze allowances.

Do unused classes roll over?

Classes must be used within the current billing period, as unused classes do not roll over to the next month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes. Membership changes must be requested before your next billing cycle.
